AIM,LLC is not a regular investment organization. It is a professional social network to make a better return on investment than their own decision could make if investing
independently. The members of AIM are supported by a professional management team that provides business and investment management services. All members are expected to participate in selection of potential
investment and be available to the management of portfolio companies. Members are also required to attend the annual meeting and group social event. New member must be referred by existing AIM Members or Management
team. To qualify as an AIM member, you must be an accredited investor as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Rule 501 of Regulation D.
